Terms for Claybusters
Terms of Payment
Please note that we require pre-payment for groups booking clay shooting with us. A group is defined as more than four people.
Prepayment should be made at least 10 days before the event.
Payment Methods
We can accept payments by Credit and Debit Cards, Cheque & bank Transfer.
Please not that payments by CREDIT CARD incur a 3% payment surcharge to cover card transaction fees. Debit cards incur NO charges.
Deposits:
Bookings must be accompanied by a deposit payment to secure the bookings. A deposit should be 20% of the overall price.
Changes of Party Number:
Party size can be varied until full payment. We cannot guarantee that late increases of number will be accepted.
Refunds:
Bookings cancelled in the last 48 hours receive NO refund.
Bookings cancelled between 7 days and 48 hours receive 50% refund.
Bookings cancelled more than 7 days before the event receive a full refund.
Weather Cancellations:
Where weather condition do not permit safe shooting, customers have a choice of :
- full refund
- rescheduled event at same price.
Fitness to Shoot:
Where individual guests are judged unfit to shoot, we reserve the right to refuse access to the shooting range with a full refund given.
Such circumstances include:
- being under the influence of alcohol
- being under the influence of drugs
- having an injury that makes shooting dangerous
- having an incapacity for which we are not equipped.
